 You will have a 30 minute video call to discuss your goals and aspirations – to allow Hans to understand your daily schedule and create a ‘Training Plan’ that works for ‘You’. Hans will work ‘with you’ to set goals within a ‘time frame’.   You will agree the best time for  ‘Weekly Report Days’ to check progress over a 1 Month Period.  Hans will then adjust the training plan for ‘ultimate effectiveness’
