Fitness Levels

Study the roster and place yourself in a category between 1 –10. Hans will place you where you will be able to complete the course comfortably.

Camp Rules

Prison Camp runs strictly as far as lights out at 22h00 and wake-up at 06h00. No smoking or alcohol consumption is allowed.

Our intention is to ‘Give You The Results’ that you came to the camp to achieve.

How It Works

Prison Breakers will arrive by 18H00 on Sunday. You will be welcomed, introduced to your fellow Prison Breakers and allocated your room.

A briefing will be held to explain the running of the camp. “Prison Break Packs” will be handed to those who ordered them.

Each person will identify himself with his passport.

Your weight will be taken at the beginning of the Training Camp (if you wish).

At the end of the week you will receive your Certificate of Achievement for completing the Training Camp.

Activities and all meals are included in the 1.565€ Prison Break Training Camp fee.

*The end of week Boat Charter is an Optional Extra and the fee is 295€ Per Person.
